Service

NearPDF provides free, browser-based PDF and image tools. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive, store, or transmit your files.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use NearPDF. The service has no accounts and hosts no age-restricted content.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping backups of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NearPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data, or for any indirect or consequential damages, arising from use of the service.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the files you process — we never receive them and claim no ownership. The NearPDF name, site and source code are the operator’s property. Report any copyright concern about the site to contact@nearpdf.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea — without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version.
